Strategic and best possible position, I greatly enjoyed staying in this place.

This is a great budget impeccably clean hotel providing beautiful rooms. The staff is really kind and very nice, as well as owner. The location is marvellous and convenient, around 10-15 minutes walk from a wet market.

During my recent stay at Cj Residence, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location, being close to a shopping mall, was convenient for getting supplies. I particularly appreciated the small gesture of providing a massage chair in my upgraded room, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling. The friendly and polite staff made me feel welcome even before I arrived, guiding me to the hotel. I had a fantastic experience at Cj Residence and would definitely choose to stay there again for future visits.

Overall it is a safe hotel and we truly enjoyed the stay, the location was favourable 15 to 20mins walking distance to gaya street or imago mall. The staff are really kind, and the owner too.

The hotel was located just next door to the centre as well as the many delicious eateries in Kota Kinabalu. The staff was amazingly attentive and delivered good service. The room was recently refurbished and there were TV, a fridge, and a writing table. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. It was in the central location close to night market & plenty of bars & restaurants nearby.

The property was reasonably clean, the room was newly renovated and modern. The location was fantastic, close to a shopping mall. Bars and restaurants where close to the place. I greatly enjoyed the room with full amenities, the bed was very comfy.

The owner and staff are extremely attentive and welcoming. Strategic location near city center. Clean room with beautiful decorations. Free Wifi, Astro TV, and mini fridge. Affordable price.

The location was EXCELLENT - close to bars and restaurants. There was Mcdonald's nearby, offering quick meals. The room was newly renovated, without a doubt, had an electric kettle and a refrigerator. I had a view of city from my window. The staff was excellent and so caring.
